As part of a dynamic sales team serving high net worth individuals, the Relationship Manager is expected to manage Citi's client relationship by providing advisory services for banking and investment products.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Ensure world class and personalized service delivery for clients

  • Focus on deepening existing relationships

  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, laws and regulations

  • Achieve all goals: revenue and customer acquisition goals are met consistently

  • Acquire new clients and build market presence

  • Ensure zero PI’s and high client satisfaction

  • Ensure full compliance to Rules of Engagement and adherence to all KYC and AML policies

  • Ensure all certification guidelines are met

  • Actively participate in client events


  • Bachelor’s Degree holder with at least 5 years’ experience in the Wealth Management business

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good team player with ability to work independently as well

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Proven track record of developing and building client relationships

  • Knowledge of investment products and the overall investment process

  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player

  • Strong track record in sales processes and people management

  • Willing to travel
