Key Performance Indicators
Assigned bookings, revenue, margin and customer satisfaction targets for Singapore.
Accounts receivables, DSO
Leadership and motivation of employees – specifically strategic and change management.
Performance management and development of team – ensuring appropriate rewards for performance and corrective action where required.
Ensure all Client Partners are being educated in and are implementing effective business process improvements/delivery methods – includes Value SAP and other strategic initiatives
Establish close working relationships to ensure SAP drives effective customer planning and delivery methodologies.
Accountable for achieving bookings, revenue, margin and customer satisfaction targets allocated to the business unit in accordance with defined policy and guidelines regarding the use of SAP and 3rd parties, prime contract and Partner engagement policies.
Accountable for the assessment of services opportunities and the regular maintenance of a services pipeline and resource forecast for the business unit, includes attending pipeline review meetings
Responsible for ensuring 4x pipe across the rolling 4 quarters (current quarter plus three)
Demonstrate leadership and provide direction and guidance to the Account Executives (AE’s), Client Partners & Project Managers.
Work collaboratively with Account Executives (AE’s) and the Project Services team to develop account plans and sales strategies for the business unit.
Liaise with Partners and develop relationships based on mutual success. Negotiate back to back agreements with partners where necessary.
Comply and adhere to published business and administrative processes to support business development and management activities.
Participate in performance management processes such as 360 degree reviews of all team members when requested.
Engage at a senior level within the allocated group of accounts and target sales campaigns based on strategic business values rather than a product. Skills & Competencies
At least 5 years Services Sales leadership experience
Understanding the principles of solution selling, strategic sales and challenger sales
Business acumen and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management internally and externally
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
Interpersonal skills: leader, team player, proactive networking attributes, results driven
Ability to team effectively across organizational boundaries
