The Intern role for 3-6 months would suit a people/communications orientated person with good, English language communication skills

The key tasks will be:

  1. To drive the establishment, standardization and, where they exist, rejuvenation of the country and ASEAN user groups for SAP

  2. Understand what we have at SAP in place today in SEA and around the world to see what works best

  3. Liaise with key country and IVE stakeholders to define the content, invitees and logistics relating to an annual user group event

  4. Ensure that budget and physical planning and logistics are clear

  5. Manage the project timeline and related actions

  6. To help design, plan and administer an enduring programme for fun learning (which we are currently calling ‘Digital Days’)

  7. Liaise with key country, IVE and product specialist stakeholders to define the content and logistics relating to a monthly, fun learning event

  8. Ensure that the physical planning and logistics are clear

  9. Manage the project timeline and related actions

  10. Ensure that the viral learning is effective, including the reward system

  11. To help ensure compliance and adoption of the learning for the public sector enablement programme

  12. Liaise with the head of IVE for Public Sector (PS) to drive adoption of the plan for PS excellence


•Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills

•Excellent knowledge of the English (spoken, written)

•Ability to work on projects both independently and collaboratively

•Currently enrolled in an existing Tertiary Institution or University
