PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The selected candidate will be part of SAP Development University and will support the local Head of Learning & Development with various projects.
The main responsibility of Learning & Development at SAP Labs Bulgaria is to drive the end-to-end training process as well as to design and deliver development programs that answer the needs of all teams in the location.
This full time position is suitable for candidates interested to gain valuable knowledge and practical experience in the area of Training & People Development.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Supports the end-to-end training process
Coordinates training schedules and maintains respective tools and communication channels
Prepares training reports when needed
Prepares training materials including manuals, reference guides, handouts and e-learning materials, maintains and updates them
Maintains training records
Works with external training providers
Supports other programs and projects when needed
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Education or other related studies
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Proactive and self-driven attitude
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Very good written and spoken English
- Previous work experience will be considered as an advantage
