The central aim of the SAP Marketing Global Events team is the successful planning, organization and implementation of national and international events.


Assistance in organizing and implementing events:

  • Supporting the event managers in their daily work, e.g. by preparing presentations, data management, assistance in creating online invitations/confirmations, administrative support such as budget control, check of incoming invoices, etc., communicating with both internal stake holders, customers and vendors

  • Implementation of topic-related researches e.g. on the Internet and presentation of these data

  • On-site event support, if necessary


  • Student (f/m) at university or university of applied sciences - Preferred field(s) of study: International Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or related

  • Other field(s) of study: Law, Cultural and Social Sciences, Humanities or related

  • Computer skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (expecially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Language skills: Fluent in German, good - very good written and spoken English language skills

  • Soft skills: Ability to work autonomously / effectively on your own initiative, very high level of commitment, reliability and attention to detail

  • Others: Student (f/m) with higher-than-average grades enrolled at least for another 2 years at a university or advanced technical college
