Position Summary

We are looking for a talented Art Director to join our Creative Agency in our Overland Park corporate location.

Primary Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of websites, print collateral and all eMarketing initiatives for a long list of blue chip clients. Art Directors here don’t sit around concepting and directing—they are involved in doing the work. And more importantly, they’re not a one-man shop. On a daily basis, they play nice with the Creative Director, Writers, Account Managers, Marketing Managers, IT, Sales—and if you’re that good, the client. As a result, stellar presentation skills and solid collaboration abilities are a must. An Art Director is responsible for designing concepts, campaigns, banners, websites, social and other digital media while incorporating the newest technologies.




  • Solid conceptual and design skills, plus a flair for interactive know-how.

  • Three to five years of digital and traditional design experience.

  • Visual communication skills worth bragging about—that include design, typography, layout and interactive engagement.

  • Strong command of the digital space with awesome design and envious concepts. One with intermediate software skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, Flash, CSS, DreamWeaver/Fireworks and ability to learn new and emerging web technologies applicable to the web.

  • Programming skills are a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. We’re talking scary fast.Must be dependable, detail-oriented and possess the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and process.


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
