Position Overview:

The Fleet Operations Support Analyst provides operational and administrative support for the Energy Services Operations team. This position is responsible for the fleet program, including maintenance, policies and procedures, and budgeting.


  • In conjunction with HR, update fleet policy and procedures as needed, including vehicle assignment, personal use, replacement and accident reporting for approximately 200 vehicles
  • Fleet administration issues including driver pins, fuel card issues, violations, maintenance questions and issues. Primary point of contact for vendors.
  • Manage Company vehicle registration and insurance
  • Oversee the assignment of lease, rental and pool vehicles
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repair schedules with workload
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery and disposals with offices
  • Manage the Company uniform program
  • Prepare employee communications, including newsletters, customer commendation announcements, process documentation
  • Review and reconcile AP invoices for office expenses
  • Set up and maintain employee databases and vendor accounts
  • Office administration issues not assigned to Clerks

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years administration and coordination experience
  • Understanding of fleet leasing and fleet programs such as maintenance, accident management, fuel cards and other administrative programs
  • Strong communication, customer service, and analytical skills
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required including Excel, Word, Powerpoint
