Kforce has a client seeking a Help Desk in Sunset Hills, MO.Essential Functions:

  • Windows 7 environment, they use Service Manager for their ticketing system, but are implementing Service NOW, and the go live is in October

  • Day-to-Day responsibilities include CSR and Troubleshooting

  • They will be talking to Doctors, nurses, and executives, who will be upset, so CS skills are crucial

  • Most common troubleshooting problems include printer's problems, print queues, Citrix issues, remote connection issues

  • They take around 40-45 calls per day

  • They have 65 agents in their group, they work 365 days a year

  • Anyone with ServiceNow is a huge plus, BJC utilizes this

  • If they have experience solving Epic issues, they are basically a shoe in as well

  • If they have people who have done desktop who prefer helpdesk, this is a big win as well

  • They will take entry level candidates, because they want people who want to move up through the company, and have a drive to not just be in helpdesk for the rest of their lives

  • Certifications are a plus, but not necessary

  • They want flexibility in their candidate's availability

  • They have metrics that they will be measured on, and anyone who has been in this type of environment is sought after

  • They will be moving from Pipkins to nice very shortly as well

  • They are going to be hiring groups of 6 every quarter

  • Candidates must be available for training, and if they aren't, it's a quick way to lose your position

  • The ability to adapt is big for them, and it is a fast paced environment
