You will be challenged with customer focused delivery and Ariba solution expertise. The Consultant is responsible for delivering sound, quality tasks and deliverables on time and within budget.

You will be focused on the rapid transformation of client organizations into world-class managers of spend, through innovative, high-quality, global, Spend Management Solutions that create sustainable bottom-line results.

As a member of the Software Implementation Team, you will serve as an Ariba solutions specialist on application functionality. You will be responsible for contributing to the content and applying the Ariba Consulting Deployment process to meet customer needs within the realm and scope of the Statement of Work (SOW).


  • Accountable for managing procurement streams for SAPs customers within defined time, quality and cost constraints

  • Manage project delivery expectations and relationships with clients, Partners and SAP Business Units

  • Collect and record project knowledge and experience and seek to actively impart this to other members of the regional and global team

  • Ensure SAP offers the greatest value and satisfaction to our clients by leveraging the capabilities of SAPs Ariba cloud solution and delivering services in a consistent and professional manner

  • Ability to develop detailed delivery plans for various work streams and integrate into overall project timelines

  • Able to manage multiple projects and project teams concurrently

  • Able to proactively identify and escalate project issues and risks


  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in systems implementation, process re-engineering or a related discipline is required.

  • Detailed knowledge of spend management strategies and/or procurement, or sourcing is a plus.

  • Industry experience necessary.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work with multi-functional teams

  • Strong analytical and organizational talent.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Experience with Ariba solutions is preferred.

  • Work experience using project management methods PMI or Prince2.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or technical discipline or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to travel 85%.
