Client Service Delivery (CSD) brings together BNY Mellon's key operational areas into one global team to better support the company's businesses and serve clients around the world. CSD helps clients to conduct business, service assets, and engage in transactions in 35 countries and more than 100 markets. At every stage of the investments lifecycle - creating, trading, clearing, settling, holding, servicing, managing, distributing and restructuring assets - CSD is working to make BNY Mellon the recognized industry service quality and productivity leader. Client Service Delivery manages investment monitoring, measurement and processing services for our clients. Our solutions include Securities Operations, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Outsourcing, Performance Measurement and other related services.
Responsible for activities within Analytics & Product Services in support of production, projects and client deliverables. Activities include: Acquiring, verifying and maintaining data via various methods from investment managers and data vendors. Analyzing, researching and reconciling data exceptions using various tools (must have a strong technical aptitude). Other responsibilities include being a member of a work team; contributing to projects; conducting user acceptance testing; and effectively supporting internal and external clients in the use of MAS data and products. This includes responding to all client requests with the appropriate sense of urgency in a clear and concise manner; being accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of generated products based on committed deadlines; being self directed to manage one's workload and project team assignments in order to meet department objectives; proactively identifying and pursuing one's own training needs; and other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience required and 12-24 months experience in operations required. The incumbent must possess strong written, verbal, and critical thinking skills, and be able to assimilate new information quickly, make sound decisions and manage multiple tasks. The incumbent must have solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MAS specific systems (is preferred). Strong customer service and problem solving skills are also required.
