Key role of the Digital Engagement manager is to drive key digital KPIs including:

  • 30 day unique digital financial active user penetration

  • 30 Day Unique Mobile User Penetration

  • eStatement Penetration

Digital Engagement manager will lead the digital engagement team to work on the following critical aspects :

  • Manage Digital Engagement Campaigns

  • Target user segmentation and create strong offer/incentive

  • Plan/execute digital engagement campaign

  • Campaign performance monitoring & on-going reporting

  • Establish & maintain e-Onboarding process

  • Manage ATD (Always-Teach-Digital) programs with Citiphone and Branches

  • Customer communication / education on digital usage

  • New digital service launch campaign & program

  • Drive Process Improvement in order to support new eUser or eStatement signup

  • Work with product/platform team on content or customer experience design/enhancement on Digital Services in order to create remarkable experiences


  • Knowledge of digital banking, online services.

  • Banking experience preferred

  • Analytic ability

  • Strong people & project management skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Independent and self-motivated with a high level of initiative & energy

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results that is timely, relevant and effective
