Responsible for processing client instructed transactions related to the purchase, redemption, or transfer of privately placed mutual funds.
Reconcile and organize all transactions related to mutual funds and ensure entries are processed timely, effectively and within deadlines.
Represent Citi and our clients’ interest when dealing directly with Mutual Fund managers or their administrators.
Interface with other operational units as needed and establish productive working relationships with internal business partners.
Research and respond to complex inquiries in an appropriate, conscience, and timely manner, meeting high quality service standards.
Ensure adherence to established procedures as well as audit and control policies.
Provide back coverage for team members and assist team members during high volume periods.
Recent college graduate
2 + years of business experience required.
1 + years of securities industry/financial services experience.
Strong client service skills.
Proficient PC skills (MS Office Suite, Word, Excel) required, Access a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills.
Proven ability to learn new processes and introduce change.
Proven success as a team player
