This new exciting role that has become available is in the Operations divisions Asset Service team for the Custody & Issuer Business.

The Americas Income Collection team provides end-to-end Asset Servicing for cash dividends, mutual funds, and principal and interest payments on government and corporate bonds for domestic and global clients. The markets serviced include Canada, USA, Mexico, and Latin America (including Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Venezuela, Argentina, Bermuda, Costa Rica, and Panama). The team’s responsibilities include events creation, pre-reconciliation, payment processing, cash reconciliation, foreign exchange execution, and claims processing. Annually, the team processes over 3MM payments with a US dollar equivalent of $352Bn.


• Ensure adherence to established procedures as well as audit and control policies.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of Direct & Global Custody Asset servicing.

• Liaise with depositories, Agents, Trustees & Issuers.

• Interface with all operational units across Citi where necessary.

• Regulatory reporting to PMA office required

• Research and Respond to Complex inquiries in an appropriate and timely manner, meeting high quality service standards and escalating where to management when required.

• Collaborate with process documentation, gap analysis, MIS, data mapping, and process and workflows improvement efforts.
