The principal purpose of this position is to support the Assistant Manager in attaining the processing and quality standards for the unit. The responsibility of the Transaction Processing Associate is to ensure completion of client transactions in a timely and efficient manner, increase client satisfaction by providing high quality service, and support the Quality initiative by reducing transaction defects and cycle time and delivering on our promise to our clients within the unit and across the business.
The Transaction Processing Associate areas of performance include TEFRA, Non-Financials/Account Maintenance, Corporate Billing, GER, Third Party Collaterals, Financials, Wires, E-Flow Banco de Chile, and CIFS Brokerage. Each associate is responsible for having knowledge of performing more than one function within their assigned area. The Transaction Processing Associate is responsible for processing work in a timely, efficient manner, according to the Business’ regulations and to the external and internal SLA’s.
The Transaction Processing Associate I may also be responsible for tracking their individual MIS and case assignment. The Transaction Processing Associate should have knowledge and is responsible for processing according to departmental procedures and policies of the business. If any clarification is needed with these procedures and/or policies, it is the responsibility of the processor to analyze and investigate any discrepancies before escalating to management.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bilingual English Spanish preferred.
Candidate must have 2-5 years previous operations, teller, customer service or accounting experience.
