This individual will be an individual contributors who is involved in cross-functional or cross business programs & projects designed to enhance the effectiveness of the Third Party Management operating model. End results may include improved productivity, improved technology, improved processes and cost savings. The role can support any area of the TPM organization. The successful candidate will apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues. Ensure creation of project plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log. Ensure resources are assigned to project & monitor commitment. Ensure change control is executed throughout project. Identify, document, and understand project dependencies. Identify key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition. Track actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed. Measure team and project management performance against standards. Establish project communication needs and create project communication plan. Create the project risk management plans.
More specifically, the role is responsible to:
Provide administrative support for various work efforts and projects within the TPM program
Coordinate and provide logistics support for critical meetings and TPM workshops
Act as a SharePoint site administrator for various sites that support the TPM program and governance efforts
Prepare reports and presentations for executives and for various committee meetings as requested
•Candidate with 2+ years of relevant experience in office or program adminstration
•Strong SharePoint background, as a site administrator, including a demonstrated proficiency with MS InfoPath
•Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to develop materials that simplify complex topics
•Advanced skills in MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
