Quad/Graphics is seeking an Electrician for the Taunton, MA Retail facility. The ideal candidate will preferably be knowledgeable in the areas of machine installation, preventative maintenance, and machine operation. This position will be responsible for:
Allelectrical repairs, fabrication, new installation of machines and plantfacilities.
Providinga preventative maintenance program (electrical) for plant machines.
Conductinga safety inspection on dryers.
Plantlighting, air conditioning, boilers, the internal fuse system, and energymanagement.
Securingall equipment and machinery and completing all required paperwork at theend of each shift.
Proactivelycreate and maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times.
Supportingand promoting corporate and departmental safety goals and initiatives atall times.
Priorexperience working with motors, transformers, control systems, and powerdistribution.
Proficientin repairs of PLC’s, A/C and D/C Drives.
Mustbe able to read blueprints, understand tolerances and measurements andwork with standard and metric sizes.
3 or more year of Electrician experience is required.
Mustbe available to work a non-rotating 12-hour shift
Need to have own tools required for the job.
Machine shop experience a plus.
MassachusettsJourneyman Level Electrician License is a plus
