General Summary:

Planning, organizing, and monitoring resources

(teammates/equipment/time) to ensure a smooth and consistent operation that

satisfies internal and external customers. Ensure that department resources are

optimized by monitoring performance indicators, such as teammates’ time and department

production and quality data, identifying problems, and taking appropriate

corrective action.

This Position Will Be Responsible For…..

Daily, weekly and monthly production

activities by leading and motivating team members to meet and exceed production

expectations on daily basis.

Meeting established KPI’s and SLA’s as

dictated by the company and the customer.

Recognizing teammate performance, and

a method of tracking results, and provide an environment conducive to teammate


Establishing a pattern of continuous

improvement and working within accepted quality guidelines to achieve goals.

Assisting in

managing department workforce, reinforce company policy and procedure and

establish and maintain healthy working relationship across the organization.


effective Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis as needed.

Verifying and approve teammate time/payroll

information and authorize overtime.

Contributing to company overall

strategies and goals, training program, and succession planning.

Showing initiative and make suggestions

for improving processes.

Participating in continuous

improvement projects, like process cycle-time efficiency, using value stream

mapping, Poke-a-Yoke systems, process redesign, and the identification and

elimination of all types of wastes in the operations.

Providing training for teammates to

ensure compliance to testing standards.

Conducting periodic process audits to

ensure teammate compliance and that processes are capable and stable.


You might be a great fit if….

Strong supervisory experience – Three(3) yrs

prior experience managing a team of 30 or more teammates

Bachelor’s degree in electronics or related

field preferred

Prior experience working in an electronics

wireless repair environment

Intermediate to advanced skills in

Excel, Word and Outlook

High degree of English fluency required (written

& oral)

Ability to lead cross functional

corrective action teams as required.

Know how to effective

communication with customers, vendors and employees.

Enjoy working in a fast paced environment handling

multiple tasks with complex deadlines.

Have experience generating new ideas or methods on

how to significantly reduce defects

Enjoy Identifying

leaders among team members and developing teammates for growth opportunities.
