Exciting opportunity for an Assistant Corporate Secretary and Office Administrator with a mining company in Vancouver. This permanent position, reporting into the CFO, will assist with all corporate reporting and regulatory filing requirements filed with SEDAR, liaising with legal counsel as necessary; organize and coordinate board of directors meetings, preparing and issuing notices and agendas, securing venue and catering and preparing information packages, participate in the preparation of the annual information form, administer the company's incentive stock option plan, and assist in the development, implantation and maintenance of additional corporate policies. Administratively, this role will order office supplies, deal with facility equipment, handle storage facilities equipment supplies and services and other administrative duties.
