The intern – Technical Operation Analyst role works closely with Senior Engineering Management to assist in planning and coordination of complex multi-site, multi-cultural, enterprise software projects. Also, the role will assist in global operation initiatives. Additional to operation tasks, the successful candidate will also be administrating and reporting on top of systems and tools that are used by the development organization.


• Support key project drivers and managers in the team throughout the project delivery cycle by:

o Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings and follow-up of action items and key issues

o Support day to day activities related to project management

o Extract and analyze various data including sources from development, operation and finance

o Provide ad-hoc reporting services for senior management team

• Administrate system and tools

o Perform integration of multiple systems by writing scripts and utilizing internal tools that are built within SAP

o Account administration and support provide technical support for the development team

o Monitor general usage and provide reporting on top of various development data sources

• Assist in global operation initiatives

o Assist and coordinate multiple site wide events

o Work with management team to keep track of budget and spending


• Computer Science or Software Engineering major; Business minor preferred

• Experience working with database (SQL) is an asset

• Experience with scripting and Python is strongly recommended

• Experience with BI tools is recommended but not required

• Able to meet tight deadlines

• Learn and pick up new tasks quickly

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent organization skills ability to multi-task several projects and prioritize work

• Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills

• Must be detail oriented and process oriented

• Proactive in solving issues and asking questions

• Taking charge and ownership of the system

• Understand and follow instructions


  • Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in an undergraduate, Masters, MBA or PhD degree program that is applicable to the position
