Responsibilities of this role are divided in two equally important categories:
(1) The standard “Citi Service Centers” (CSC) related Responsibilities establishing and maintain strict alignment with overall CSC Governance Framework through Chile CSC Head, ensuring consistent site governance model and standard expectations and best practices (Site Management, Site Governance, Communication, Culture, Talent, Community Investment).
And (2) the Responsibilities related to GFTS Finance & Risk initiatives and BAU activities within Chile Site, requiring this individual to maintain close engagement, partnership and coordination with GFTS organizations, CSC Site Head, CRS, HR, ESC and Country Senior Leadership.
§ Accountable for GFTS Finance & Risk related activities within Chile CSC Site.
§Maintains effective engagement with the Country Senior Leadership and Country Key Partners:
oCCO and Country Senior Leadership
oEnterprise Supply Chain (ESC)
§Strict alignment with overall CSC Governance Framework through Chile CSC Head, ensuring consistent site governance model and standard expectations and best practices (Site Management, Site Governance, Communication, Culture, Talent, Community Investment).
Establishes and maintains Processes for proper management and controls of all Administrative activities related to GFTS Finance & Risk, such as:
oAdherence to Citi Policies
oStrategic human resource management including motivating, developing, retention, and succession planning.
oRisk & Control
oManage and coordinate Audit reviews; oversee corrective action plans
oStrong understanding of compliance, Information Security and CITMP guidelines.
§Responsible for defining and implementing resource “Onboarding Processes” for GFTS, working in partnership with CSC Chile Leadership.
§Works in conjunction with GFTS Managers defining On-Boarding plans as well as execution it in collaboration with the respective Organizations (HR, CRS, ESC).
§Coordinate on training programs in Technical skills, Business knowledge and People Management.
§Works in close collaboration with HR and the CSC Head and Management team on promoting various employee initiatives ( eg. reviews site VOE results, creates working committees to address people issues at the site, sponsors site diversity networks and
§Direct reporting line to LATAM GFTS Finance & Risk head and matrix report to Chile CSC head.
§Broad understanding of the LATAM Finance Technology Portfolio
§Strong communication and presentation / public speaking skills. Ability to establish and maintain strong engagement and fluent communication with numerous and diverse organizations (Technology and non- technology)

§BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
