  • Explore, develop, establish and maintain various business partnership to drive bulk channel acquisition

  • Coordinate closely with Channel Solution Team and CGA Team in planning and implementing customer acquisition programs

  • Organize and participate in Local Area Marketing activities

  • Analyze and interpret business results and devise action plans accordingly

  • Comply with established policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality and security of bank and client assets and information

  • Maintain a high standard of ethics and conduct for sound banking operations, business success and the bank's reputation


  • Bachelor degree with at least 5 years work experience

  • Track record of at least 2 years in banking or financial industry

  • Sound knowledge of local market and relevant contacts

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.

  • Aggressive, ambitious, and be keen to develop and follow up on business opportunities

  • Good command of both Mandarin and English

  • Must be self-driven and deliver results based on agreed targets
