  • A degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 2-4 years of Relevant Accounting experience performing general ledger balance sheet account analysis and / or reconciliations in Accounting, Finance or Audit

  • Strong research and analytics experience on remediation of aged balance sheet accounts, difference or open items.

  • Must be well organized, proficient in excel and experience handling large volumes of financial data on spreadsheets.

  • CPA is a plus.

  • Buddy to new team members and effectively guides them on Citi policies & processes.

  • Good communication skills - oral and written.

  • Proactively takes charge of own training needs and develops training plan.

  • Proactively discusses IDPs with matrix direct manager and acts on the feedback.

  • Participates in VOE initiatives.

  • Shows a demonstrated familiarity with CSS Value Contribution Model & FRO vision, mission & strategy.

  • Demonstrates ability to implement and endorse FRO procedures related to Risk & Control and Migration methodology.
