The Product Sales Consultant builds profitable, long-term TTS product relationships, orchestrating delivery of superior products and services to corporate clients adding value to their treasury processes. Collaborates in building pipeline and achieves new business goals through effective planning, strong relationships with internal/external clients and implementation of complex product and commercial strategies
The Product Sales Consultant (PSM) role is a responsible for maintaining current relationships and developing business from under penetrated clients.
The PSM is expected to build pipeline and achieve new business sales goals through effective account planning, strong relationships and implementation of sophisticated selling strategies.
The PSM builds profitable, long-term TTS product relationships, orchestrating delivery of superior products and services to customers adding value to their treasury processes.
The PSM will be expected to sell products as well as build a strong pipeline to execute a comprehensive selling strategy in conjunction with Product and CIB Bankers.
The PSM will also be responsible for actively gaining a thorough understanding of the market, the industry in which the client operates the client's organizational and operating structure, buying process and business objectives to effectively position Citi and solutions optimally
Client Calling Efforts in joint coordination with Banking.
Business Monitoring Discipline in CRM to track Revenue, Pipeline, Wins performance as well as Overdue Deals.
Support and execute Client Events aligned to strategy and key business initiatives to Boost Revenues.
Support and remain aligned to all the strategic global, regional and local goals and initiatives.
MBA or equivalent Graduate Degree preferred
Business, Marketing, Finance related careers with master qualification preferred or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience managing Sales, in a Financial Services Institution or Corporate
2 years of experience in managing large TTS portfolio of Corporate clients
Minimum of 2 years of experience in origination of Cash and Trade sales
Experience leveraging Citi’s Network is a plus
Proven knowledge of Industries, local financial markets, the banking industry, market trends and key Economic Groups
CRM management knowledge
Proficient in Wallet Sizing and Business Intelligence
Knowledge of Legal and Compliance Principles, as well as processes related to the role
Experience in supporting the tracking and execution, coordination of results and financial objectives
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, MS project is a plus
Bilingual: English and Spanish Language Knowledge (Oral and Written) 100%-
