Head of Business Line Digital
Head of business line Digital direct reporting line to country management\n\n Driving sales, revenue generation and product expertise in the e-commerce / mobile space\n\n Continuous development and execution of strategic framework for the German digital space, i.e. Definition of customer selection, development of integrated product / service offers, Go-To-Market strategy, integral part of customer sales team\n\n Jointly develop and execute local sales strategy with complementary teams (e.g. sales, product, technology)\n\n Consistent management of sales pipeline for Digital Germany across all relevant target segments\n\n Ensure P&L and tactical targets are reached\n\n Implement tactical plans to enhance customer profitability across all key segments\n\n Develop and maintain strong relationships between MasterCard and its customers and become the trusted advisors on technological developments\n\n Manage complex future service pipeline and customized solutions to the customer, their shareholders and MasterCard\n\n Background in technology / e-/m-Commerce favorable\n\n Location: Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt\n\n\nAll about you\n\n Proven ability to develop sustainable business relationships in diverse environments and track record of successful sales\n\n Ability in developing sales teams and organizations in highly complex environments\n\n Results-oriented and customer-focused self-starter\n\n Strong communication skills and ability to act in matrix environment\n\n Advanced knowledge of e-/m-commerce products and their value in B2B2C environments\n\n Ability to understand and execute on key operational aspects, and attentive to details\n\n Minimum Master Degree or equivalent\n\n*LI-KR1
