EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Scan market for potential customers
Increase sales and revenue with existing customers
Work in close collaboration between the SAP sales SAP Hybris sales team in order to promote and help the deals closing
Identify new and creative ways to approach target industry
Arrange product demonstrations together with our solution engineers, negotiate and bid specifications to successfully win new business
You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
Drive Pipeline development through cold calling, email campaigns and market knowledge/intelligence together with Business Development to ensure quota achievement
Engage with prospect organizations to position SAP Hybris solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis and references
Work intensively with partners
Sell on multiple levels up to C level
Represent SAP Hybris on events, congresses, etc.
Continuous update of the internal CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline data
A track record of success in selling business applications.
3-5 years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions
Experience selling to CXOs
Proven track record in target achievement
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
A Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent experience
Extensive experience in eCommerce and Marketing software sales of enterprise-level applications
Both fluent German and English mandatory
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Customer oriented & focused
Extensive prospecting experience, ideally in an emerging market
Fluent both in German and English (written & spoken) MANDATORY
Self-driven, motivated and result oriented
Exceptional business acumen and authentic personality
Self-starter and committed to success
Ability to socialize and network successfully and consistently
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
