  • Assist and support the system/PC in coordination, work planning, reporting, partner liaison, networking and communication

  • Take care of administrative duties in the project office and liaise on these with service center

  • Take responsibility in IVR implementation, system enhancement and organize voice recording with regional and local country, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Carry out technical monitoring of the use of project resources

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Report and escalate to management as needed


  • University graduate, preferably in the fields of banking or call center

  • Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of the languages spoken in the project region is an asset

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
