Securities Operations takes care the custody business for resident and non-resident institutional customers (Corporate Customers, mainly non-resident institutional Customers).
New staff will be in charge of
Securities settlement operations by using internal and external systems. Main job is to process day to day process of high volume settlement and reporting.
Customer serviceｓ desk. Our major customers are foreign financial companies located out of Japan. Business is related to securities settlement, asset servicing process, account open/close, and others
Asset Servicing team will handle dividends, debt interest, various corporation action, tax related matters, and others.
BaU operation of securities settlement for safekeeping clients.
Necessary arrangement/communication with internal / external parties.
Update effective operational procedure and system related projects.
Customer contactwindow for BaU operation.
Other necessaryarrangement within the bank.
Presentation,Project and other customer service related activity.

Accurate and smart processing of securities settlement operations.
Ability to work under pressure from customers and internal parties.
Ability work as a team member, respecting diversity
Settlement staff is expected to understand basic English terms.
Customer Services and Asset Servicing staff is expected to communicate business matters by E-mail and telephone.
PC Skills: (Word, EXCEL, Power Point, Access)
Ability/Proactive work as a team member.
Understand of basic securities custody business,
Smooth communication skills with internal staff in English / Japanese.
JSDA (Class II) (If not, immediate obtaining is required after hiring)
Japanese - Advanced Level
（Can communicate like a native speaker and perform complex tasks）
English - Basic or Mid Level
