Job Purpose:

  • Support the Metrics Reporting Change Control including documentation of definitions and UAT sign-off from Projects in both APAC and Global Citi AML

  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to GSOM governance in the use of the MIS Tools and works with the Metrics Team to ensure the reporting of key performance metrics to stakeholders is not interrupted by changes in related AML applications

  • Responsible for reviewing all change requests triggered in APAC and Global to assess what needs to be modified within the Region and communicated through Stakeholder Engagement forums

Job Context:

AML Operations mitigates money laundering for Citi and its customers in the global marketplace. It uses skilled analysts, state-of-the-art technology and globally standard policies and procedures to ensure effective monitoring and reporting of suspicious activities.

Anti Money Laundering (AML) Operations being a centralised Hub Operations is required to ensure all its stakeholders are appropriately informed of the performance of the Hub and key performance indicators and any risk and control concerns that may arise during the course of the day-to-day operations of the AML Regional and Country Hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide management support to both Global and Regional reporting change request and change control in all areas of AML Monitoring in APAC

  • Supports Global Metrics and Global Program Management to identify and define metrics reporting change requirements for implementation of projects impacted and related to AML Operations

  • Work within the reporting Governance Framework established to ensure Global consistency in any control metrics for determining, investigating and resolving operation performance risk

  • Escalate and follow up on any issue/discrepancy noted on reporting data quality to Tech team and subsequently to highlight and ensure resolution in a timely manner

  • Clearly communicate and escalate any issues identified on the Metrics generation and or reporting process

  • Work on identified areas for improvement within the AML Operations Hub including Country Hubs to ensure accurate analysis and reporting as per Regional and Global schedules

  • Maintenance of report definitions, Conduct UAT and following any on-going projects

  • Perform supervisory review of trending of SLA and other Performance indicator metrics from both KL Regional Hub and Country Hubs, as and when required

  • Support Stakeholders and Team members, as and when required, in ensuring all key performance indicators for AML Monitoring Operations are prepared, reviewed and published on time



  • 3-5 years related business object reporting experience

  • Worked in an operations support area which includes a minimum of two years in a Technology development role

  • Qualifications/Skills:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel and Power Point and Word

  • Familiarity with Business Objects preferred

  • Good Analytical understanding of operational metrics relate to process management

  • Experience working with governance, risk, and compliance practices
