Employee Relations

  • Administers HR policies and practices that foster the desired relationships between employees and the Company, while meeting legal, social and company standards

  • Facilitates the due process of all employee-related cases and ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations and corporate policies

  • Prepares and advise line managers for admin-related hearings

  • Provides consultative advice to line managers and employees on employee-related cases

  • Liaise with internal and external legal counsels and Employee Relations of Citigroup on all employee-related cases

  • Monitors and tracks employee-related cases and prepares reports for management’s use

Performance Management

  • Develops and administers Performance Management System

  • Ensures effective administration and consistent implementation of performance management processes across the organization

  • Develops/designs performance management templates

  • Communicates annual performance management guidelines to all units

  • Coordinates the performance management process for the different units and ensure the process is completed within the time frame

  • Monitors submission of annual individual goals for the different units for documentation/reporting purposes

  • Provides consultative advice/assistance to managers and employees on performance management-related matters

Talent Development

  • Develop a staff development plan that reflects the organization’s skills needs/requirements

  • Designs/develops leadership development process (Managers level below) to provide CBPS with assessment and feedback tools to determine development needs and targeted learning strategies

  • Develops a Succession Plan framework/guide to identifying and preparing a pool of potential replacements for key positions in the organizations

  • Other tasks that will be assigned from time to time

Business Unit Compliance

  • Responsible for the effective administration of the business unit’s Compliance and Control Self- Assessment Program

  • Ensures compliance with all statutory and labor laws, regulations and corporate policies, including ethics and business practices

  • Communicates compliance policies, information and guidelines to the unit

  • Conducts monthly review of internal processes across functional areas to ensure robust and effective controls are in place

  • Prepares Compliance-related reportorial requirement

  • Provides compliance guidance to the different functional teams in the Unit in their day-to-day operations and assists in developing solutions to potential issues involving compliance and statutory risks

  • Keeps the Unit Head/SMT and functional heads informed on an on-going basis of the quality of compliance within the business unit, compliance deficiencies and status of corrective action

  • Other tasks that will be assigned from time to time

Relationship Manager

  • Establish HR as a strategic partner of a certain program in growing the business through effective HR programs and initiatives

  • Acts as VOE(Voice of Employee) Coordinator for a certain and ensure implementation of VOE initiatives and programs based on VOE feedback

  • Establish HR feedback mechanism to ensure that HR-related concerns and issues are attended to

  • Works closely with HR functional experts on HR requirements e.g. manpower requisition, employee movements, etc.

  • Tracks employment status of employees to ensure compliance on employment regulations

  • Provides regular updates to immediate officer on HR-related concerns/issues

  • Other tasks that will be assigned from time to time



  • College degree or higher education in business management


  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar role and business environment with commensurate experience in people management, employee relations and discipline management
