The key objective of the CRMS (Credit Risk Management Services) Department is to provide support for the ICG (Institutional group) Risk and Business teams in credit data management, credit policy advisory, and control related to functions that facilitate and enhance credit approval procedures. CRMS supports the active management of Citi’s ICG credit portfolio.

Role description:

As a member of Global Reporting Team you will be responsible for credit risk reporting support for Risk and Business..

That includes:

·providing a wide range of credit risk reports on recurring and ad-hoc basis;

·investigations and escalations to Tech teams the systems failures;

·advisory service to Business and Risk users on the credit risk management platforms designed to cover standard credit risk management needs;

·taking part in identifying and remediating data quality issues in credit risk management systems;

·developing of solutions for reporting automation, suggesting enhancements to reporting platforms;

Reporting support is provided from Monday to Friday from 8.00 AM to 18.00 PM Warsaw time in 8-hour shifts, including Polish Public Holidays.

Location – Warsaw (city center);

Timing – temporary (a long maternity leave replacement), full time.


We expect:

  • proficiency and experience at an advanced level of Microsoft suite of programs (particularly Excel, Access);

  • knowledge of SQL and Relational Database Principles;

  • knowledge of VB/VBA or equivalent is highly desirable;

  • fluent English (both writing and speaking);

  • punctuality, responsibility, tolerance, patience.
