  • OverviewThe purpose of this role of Leader Personal Payments for the Asia Pacific region it to develop and execute the strategy of Digital Payments, deploying robust products to partners both in the financial and non-financial sectors to be the leader in the market. Specifically delivering new and compelling services to capture new payment flows and expand the MasterCard€™s payment technology.The role involves working with the Business Leader Personal Payments to drive product evolution, establish go-to-market strategy, optimize products and resources, ongoing product management, manage MoneySend enablement through stakeholder engagement and sales enablement and tracking.Roles and Responsibilities Help develop strategic business plans for new services/products, including rigorous analysis of revenue opportunities and capture new payment flows such as B2B, P2P, remittances etc. Works closely with global teams, regional leadership and sales colleagues to understand MasterCard, issuer, acquirer, merchant, and consumer needs and issues. Monitor product performance metrics at all stages of the product life cycle, and makes recommendations regarding solutions to challenges in the portfolio or product strategy Analyze market trends, dynamics, and competition in order to inform product and go-to-market strategies Provide support to sales and customer facing teams with communication and training on product functionality and enhancements Other Areas Engage in idea generation for enhancements to existing products, concept validation, business case development, and in some instances financial modeling and planning of these enhancements Develop planning & reporting tools to support development of product enhancementsExperience Experience contributing data-driven product adjustment recommendations that were accepted for implementation by senior leaders Extensive experience working on product launches in multiple markets Experience independently developing and managing budgets for multiple projects and products Experience in leading product training with internal and external stakeholders
