Senior Business Leader, Product Marketing - AP
Overview\nThe Global Product Marketing organization, as part of Worldwide Marketing, partners with the Product and Processing teams; and is accountable for end-to-end product marketing . This includes leveraging consumer insights and market knowledge to help identify , test and refine product concepts, positioning and packaging; developing sales enablement tools; and developing and executing marketing plans for usage and preference.\n\nThe SBL of Product Marketing for Asia Pacific will partner the Regional & Local marketing team in driving & delivering the product roadmap & agenda, including both Core and Digital Payments. He/she will have had multi-country experience in managing and/or marketing products and in leading complex projects and teams. He/she will have demonstrated a curiosity and learning agility on new competitors, technologies, products and ways of marketing. He/she will have a track record of success in diverse and challenging assignments.\n\nRole\nLead and work with a virtual team across Asia Pacific in a matrix organization to translate business priorities of Product Team into scalable, globally-efficient and locally-effective marketing plans. He/she will:\n\n Leverage data and insights (consumer and market) to co-identify and test product and positioning opportunities.\n Craft value propositions that are consumer-led, crisp, and competitively positioned\n Develop winning packaging of products, services and bundles.\n Develop effective and scalable sales materials\n Recommend and execute marketing strategies to drive adoption and usage including, where appropriate, product advertising campaigns.\n Steer integration of product programs with marketing platforms and vice-versa\n\nThis position will partner with other areas of Worldwide Marketing to ensure compliance with brand architecture. The role will lead the 14 markets in Asia Pacific on product development, product communication and product execution \nCore \nPrepaid\nEmerging Payments \nEcomm and X Border This role will play the lead on the region x border and ecomm strategic planning \nThe role will play the lead on China Positioning strategy and product launch, Australia Ecomm strategy (both lead markets) and launch and the regional roll out of Master Pass (digital payment)\nThe role will have 1 direct report in Singapore and indirect staff in the markets\nThe role will lead the strategic product marketing planning cross the region \n\nIts All About You\n Expert marketing and business professional, with a consistent track record of delivering outstanding results in diverse and challenging assignments.
