Description Colony Brands, Inc. is one of the world’s largest and most successful direct marketing catalog and e-Commerce companies. To support our growing apparel divisions, we are seeking a Specification Assistant to inspect incoming apparel and ensure adherence to our specifications.
What You’ll Do The Specification Assistant will assist in the process of confirming, developing and preparing specifications in the apparel area. You will also be responsible for:
Communicating with vendors to acquire samples, specs and other needed information or documentation
Unpacking and measuring apparel samples
A variety of clerical duties
Maintaining vendor files of the size specs and fit comments

Requirements What It Takes We need a detail-oriented person who is process-driven. Ideally you will have technical quality assurance experience in production or apparel. In addition, we are looking for:
A High School Diploma
A good working knowledge of MS Office and Windows applications.
Strong organizational skills
Solid communication skills (both written and verbal)
