The Graphic Design Internship will begin in January and end in May 2017.
What You’ll Do & Learn
You’ll create product imagery (Product and Thumbnail images) for all catalog brands e-commerce sites, and you’ll crop catalog photography to meet established style guidelines. You’ll be responsible for insuring final art and html integrity of e-commerce and company design standards are maintained. You’ll also be responsible for:
- Assisting Web Designers with HTML coding of promotional emails
- Insuring website pages and HTML e-mails are consistent, adhere to overall design concept, and are the correct interpretation of design plan to maintain brand identity
What it Takes
We need a motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate as well verbally as you do visually. Ideally, you will be pursuing a 2 or 4 year degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Design, Art or related field. In addition, our internship applicants must:
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher
- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Have ability to complete a high volume of production tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for our work
