Position Description

Work in a controlled environment, with responsibility to maintain environmental standards established for Sterile Fill Aseptic rooms and Unit Dose clean rooms and equipment to ensure regulatory compliance in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and department Standard Operating Procedures.

Main Areas of Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for: Performs cleaning activities on an on-going basis. Assists daily production in operation and monitoring technical computerized, production machinery ensuring quality standards are maintained. Assist production mechanics in performing basic mechanical adjustments as needed. Complete necessary documentation. Performs environmental monitoring and testing.


Minimum requirements for this position are:


High School diploma or equivalent required - Two (2) year Associates degree preferred with emphasis on biological science.

Experience: Technical

One (1) year production experience in a GMP environment preferred, and cleaning experience in a clean room environment preferred.

Experience: Aseptic

Aptitude to perform basic mechanical adjustments to filling machinery. Knowledge of aseptic practices, sterile gowning, disinfectant cleaning and operating of machinery in Class 10,000, Class 1,000, and Class 100 fill rooms.

  • Eye hand coordination and manual dexterity essential to operating production equipment.

  • Legible writing, effective written and verbal communication.

  • Work effectively with others in a team environment.
