PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Customer Engagement and Commerce suite is designed to offer businesses an integrated approach to delivering real-time experiences to customers across all digital channels. Customers will be able to exchange information, such as customer data, between a range of systems to produce a single view of the customer.
Along with Hybris and HANA in-memory computing, the following SAP products are included in Customer Engagement and Commerce: SAP Hybris for Commerce, SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C), SAP Hybris for Marketing, Customer Engagement Intelligence, SeeWhy, SAP Cloud for Social Engagement and SAP Hybris Billing and Revenue Innovation Management.
As the Customer Engagement (Senior) Executive you own and develop the customer relationship for a defined number of C4C customers in Europe. You will enhance the customer outreach in a manner that ensures customer retention and high renewal rates. You plan and coordinate upsell activities with your ability to prioritize and manage all business processes with operational excellence. Furthermore, you continuously grow your base of reference customers through a strong focus on customer success.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Proactive Customer LifeCycle Management by developing customer relationships and driving customer value
Engage clients early to understand their big picture, proactively position our value and assist in the execution and value realization
Own and manage interaction plans to ensure continuity and renewal
Present status update on an on-going and frequent basis
Maximize impact of cross functional resources & personally intervene when appropriate
Advocate critical product enhancements and issue resolution for your clients to Product Management, Consulting and Support
Identify upsell opportunities and engage with customer on assigned/required users versus licensed users
Manage customer references in your territory to support and allow new sales opportunities
Create and maintain a rolling four quarter view of your territory
Analyze data on usage, surveys and other customer data sources to provide a comprehensive view of clients in your territory
Report on health & propensity to renew
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Strong ability to organize, prioritize and execute to meet your goals in time
Capability to withstand frequent and intense pressure as a result of challenging customer situations and a demanding workload; must be able to maintain a positive, solutions oriented and professional manner throughout.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to credibly present recommendations to senior levels in the organization; proven capability to adapt communication style to fit geographically diverse styles.
Ability to identify and understand the needs of your customers, hence leading up to an opportunity
Capability to acquire a thorough knowledge of our products and be able to communicate and demonstrate their value
Deep sense of accountability and ownership
Fluent in German and English is a must, other European languages are a plus
Ability to engage executives (internal and external)
Capability to drive cross-functional teams and programs
Rapport building & conflict management skills
Aptitude for creative/innovative thinking and analysis

Forward thinking and Solution Oriented
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with external clients (account management, sales or project experience) either within an SAP OnDemand component and/or industry based. Alternatively you have gained an equivalent amount of experience in a customer facing role.
Your excellent product know how about SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) is a plus, but not a must.
