This role is responsible for planning and orchestration of regional execution for cross audience priorities. These include but are not limited to major revenue drivers and market opportunities such as Analytics and HCP (in close connection with developers audience). This position is part of the EMEA MEE Audience Marketing organisation.

This person will manage a wide-range of stakeholders, including sales, marketing and business development teams as well as product leads from Global Marketing. The ultimate goal is to ensure delivery of robust, effective marketing content that support our aggressive pipeline coverage goals, double-digit revenue growth and new customer acquisition targets.


WW engagement

  • Ensures EMEA MEE strategy for specific solutions/themes is represented and incorporated within the Global Audience Strategies and Plans

EMEA MEE engagement

  • Identifies additional EMEA MEE specific content requirements and works with MUs to build and execute within the existing audience plans (IT & beyond IT).

  • Identifies synergies for centralized build & execution (including local best practices, which can be replicated across EMEA MEE)

Cross Audience Strategy

  • Market Research & Insights - gathers and synthesizes market insights and company objectives to define the target audience’s needs and challenges and EMEA MEE specific market conditions

  • Pipeline health monitoring - high level of expertise in the evaluation of overall sales & marketing performance as a foundation for programs build objectives

  • Strategic Regional Planning ownership

  • Pivotal player in demand management process together with sales

  • End-to-end orchestration of key marketing functions to truly pursue an integrated marketing approach (digital channels, customer advocacy, Tech showcases and sponsorships, events, partner alignment, insight driven marketing and communications)

  • Stakeholder mgmt – Regional Leadership Team their direct reports


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, specialization in Marketing preferred

  • Excellent business-orientation and analytical skills combined with a focus on execution and results

  • Ability to work collaboratively and act as ‘One Team’ with other marketing functional teams and colleagues

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Accountability for achieving both individual and shared team goals

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively with peers and management

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience; global/international experience preferred

  • Relevant audience experience highly desirable

  • Relevant software / technology industry knowledge preferred

  • Analytics knowledge preferred

  • Ability to collaborate and work across virtual teams to achieve combined goals

  • Experience of working in a matrix environment and engaging with global, regional and local sales, marketing and business development teams.

  • Experience in high tech or related organisation, preferably with experience in enterprise software marketplace
