PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP S/4HANA is the next generation of the SAP Business Suite. Its purpose is to be the foundation for SAP’s customers to transform their business models for the digital world. It is also the basis for SAP to re-define enterprise software by developing highly innovative and attractive applications that take advantage of cutting edge technology to create business value that is beyond today’s imagination. Key technologies are SAP HANA as the In-Memory platform and SAP FIORI for a simple, powerful and personalized user experience.
To fuel and to further build up our momentum in the cloud and on-premise, we are constantly looking for graduates that want to hit the bull’s eye with their first job and that are eager to experience the abundant opportunities SAP has to offer. Therefore we would like to offer the chance to you to start as a Developer Associate (f/m) within a highly motivated and agile software development team with focus on application development in the area of “S/4HANA Logisitcs Execution”.
Within our team, we practice a trust-based working model. If you need to work flexibly from another location or at another time you can do so given your manager’s agreement.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You will embark on your professional career as part of an interdisciplinary team, allowing you to pick up substantial knowledge about SAP´s product and processes as well as about how to drive the future of the cloud
Your tasks range from product definition and design to coding, testing, quality assurance, and documenting the results
Our international teams include architects, user experience designers, quality specialists and developers
You should have a passion to build and maintain meaningful, usable, and high-quality applications for our customers
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, science, business informatics or business administration with focus on IT, mathematics or engineering
Fluency in English and German
Good understanding of object oriented languages and standards
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical thinking skills
First knowledge in SAP FIORI, SAP UI5, and/or ABAP is an advantage
Expertise in Materials Management, Logistics, Sales Order Management or Supply Chain Execution is an advantage
