The Global Consulting Delivery (GCD) Organization is responsible for providing end-to-end solutions to SAP customers via a scalable, globalized delivery model. GCD Controlling supports the GCD Leadership team with timely and relevant financial information to ensure the efficient running of the organization. It supports the management in all controlling-related activities such as budget processes, forecasting, and risk analyses. Furthermore the team acts as interface to the individual GCD Global Practices for controlling topics whilst supporting other controlling teams within the same Board Area.


  • Support planning and budgeting processes for business and financial KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly Management Reporting

  • Master data management / support of re-organizational changes

  • Project support

The aim is that the candidate, after the induction phase, will be able to work independently on and take responsibility for specific tasks within the GCD controlling team.


  • Student (w / m) at a university or university of applied sciences - preferably in the areas of business administration / finance

  • Computer skills: skilled in the MS Office applications MS Excel and PowerPoint; initial experience with BI systems is an advantage

  • Language skills: fluent in either German or English, with good spoken skills of the second language

  • Soft skills: accuracy in work and with high attention to detail; ability to work independently and within teams, and possess good communication skills; high level of commitment and initiative

  • Existing practical experience in Controlling or Finance would be very advantageous
