PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Walldorf team helps foster greater customer intimacy, focusing on customers of all sizes and across all geographic regions. The EBC team works closely with our Sales Teams sharing best practices that improve customer engagements.
Within our team there are several areas we focus on:
Identification and implementation of best practices to guarantee best in class customer briefings;
Drive and facilitation of the customer experience at the Walldorf EBC;
Content and speaker management.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Being part of the EBC team located in Walldorf, you will play an active role in various business processes, including many challenging tasks:
Support in the coordination of Executive Briefing meetings, including independent execution of projects;
Assistance with administrative tasks;
Project Management and communication.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student (f/m) - Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration/Marketing/Communications or related course of study
Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office
Language skills: strong interpersonal communication with the ability to communicate (written & verbal) fluently in English and German – additional languages, e.g. Japanese would be a plus, but is no MUST
Soft skills: Ability to work in a virtual and international environment
Others: Experience in project management and high degree of motivation and ability to work independently
