Business Transformation Services (BTS) helps close the gap between IT strategy and execution, especially in the digital economy. BTS consultants help align SAP customer's people, processes, and technology to their corporate goals using (digital) innovation and transformation initiatives based on industry-specific best practices and expertise. The Research & Methodology team within BTS delivers agile support to consultants and customer engagements via content and centralized services to optimize profitability and customer responsiveness.


  • Interaction with BTS consultants and managers from different regions and in different industries.

  • Self-responsible planning and realization of operational activities and work packages in areas such as service development, digital projects, customer use cases.

  • Ad-hoc support for consultants and the strategic priorities at a global scale.

  • Research and dissemination of knowledge in the field of digital business.


  • Student (f/m) of a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Computer Sciences, Business Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field of study, preferably with a focus on digital business.

  • Computer skills: Profound knowledge of MS-Office (especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint) expected.

  • Language skills: Full professional working in English, basic German language skills preferred

  • Soft skills: Strong analytical and design skills, strong team player, strong communicator

  • Others: Interested/experience/knowledge in digital business
