PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Global Executive Board Support team is exclusively dedicated to supporting the Executive Board and their Assistants. The demands and expectations of our team are high and we help each other deliver the best possible support experience to our customers. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a member of our team, you will:
Maintain hardware and software environment of the Board area including laptops, mobile devices, home offices and meeting rooms
Provide support for board level meetings, telepresence and video conferences in addition to off-site meetings locally and abroad
Deliver assistance on weekends and evenings when needed
Be proactive and build partnerships with Executive Assistances to help manage the expectations of the Executive Board member
Offer your expertise with audio / video production in our TV studio
Share your knowledge with the team and participate in meetings.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Excellent interpersonal skills – communicating with others, problem solving and decision making
Positive attitude, sociable, a team player who is service oriented
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Expert knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Prepared to travel in / out of country
Ability to work without supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks
Willingness to accept additional responsibilities
Experience with audio and video production an asset
Working knowledge of networking technologies
Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange a plus
- Minimum two years of experience working in an IT support role
