Expectations and Tasks
As a member of the Next Generation Analytics team you will be responsible for driving and supporting multiple projects on an international scale.
You will gather requirements and expectations across multiple board areas driving the SAP wide transformation of the analytical landscape and realizing SAP’s organization principle to “run simple” including:
Drive in time and in quality project execution
Manage requirements across multiple projects and board areas
Engage with c-level stakeholders and employee representatives across various LoBs on a global scale
Roll-out and knowledge transfer to enable a scaled roll-out of SAPs latest technologies
Collaborate with a wide range of constituents to identify market needs for analytics
Work closely with Product Development in a Co-Innovation Mode to drive the Analytics Portfolio of SAP
Manage requirements for analytical content in the SAP Digital Boardroom
Design innovative reporting scenarios and develop and manage analytical content and assets
Support projects by offering various research-based creative solutions for user interface challenges and support decisions with solid examples that incorporate future planning
Produce visual specifications and create engaging concepts with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Education and Qualification (Skills & Competencies)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields
Language skills: fluency in both written and verbal English; German language skills strongly preferred
Proficient understanding of SAP, its products (e.g. Business Objects Cloud/Digital Boardroom), partners, technology trends, markets and competition
Proficient in Adobe creative suite
Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, demo and writing skills to successfully interact with colleagues, customers, and executive management
Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with ability to quickly move from vision over strategy to concept and solution
Great analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Experience working in an intercultural environment across regions
Customer focused and strong service attitude as a core value
2-3 years of experience in analytics with SAP
Experience with SAP BusinessObjects product suite, project management, strategic and design thinking, and cross-functional projects
