The role of OS is to create a high safety culture as an integral part of SAP’s daily operations.

Safety@SAP Germany is engaged in creating frames for safer work environment required compliance and awareness, because it increases people‘s health and reduces people’s risk.

An unique opportunity for a global assessment regarding to Occupational Safety, which involves each management level top down and buttom up.

The Bachelor Thesis analysis the actual decentral organization of global Safety and emergency management at SAP. Compare to the ISO 45.001 and science literature, it should present measures of a central high level process, alternative suggestions are welcome.



  • Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences with preferred field(s) of study: engineering, business, communications and / or safety

  • Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Language skills: Strong English and German skills, both written and spoken

  • Soft skills: Passion for communications, cultural diversity; team player; focus on accuracy, results and execution, high time flexibility

  • Others: Experience in project management is a plus
