PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
We are a Product Management team responsible for SAP’s time recording solution in the cloud (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central). Our main task is to provide a software solution which handles many customers’ requirements and is simple to use. The Product Management defines the business scope of this solution by talking to customers, partners, consultants and colleagues and rolling out new products to these.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You should be able to understand business requirements and translate them into product requirements so that a development team can build software based on these. You will be a member of the Product Management team in St.Leon-Rot. Additional team members are based in the US and India. You will be working in a multi-cultural team and will interact with people outside Germany as well.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student at university or university of applied sciences
Preferred field(s) of study: Business Economics
Computer skills: MS Office
Language skills: German, English
Soft skills: good team player, analytical skills
