PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Global Facility Organization takes care of SAP's Global Real Estate Portfolio and operational Facility Management (FM). The different departments attend to tasks in the area of Real Estate such as contract negotiations and rental agreements as well as the realization of technical and constructional major projects relating to Facility Management. Global Facility Management (GFM) is also responsible for operating the SAP Data Centers and Office Buildings, including Building Security.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for a student (f/m) to work with us on:
- Process Management - administrational tasks:
A new process tool was implemented, named Signavio. Document all GFM processes in the new tool. Check existing processes for completeness and rework according to the new process design.
Training for the process tool Signavio will be provided.
- Rework of the Global Facility Management knowledge data base:
The Global Facility Management (GFM) knowledge data base should be reworked. The current content should be transferred to a new layout & design. Further steps are setting up the pages, checking the old content, collecting of new content.
Supporting the daily activities of the GFM Operations Office
General administrative support
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student (f/m) of a university or university of applied sciences (FH)
Computer skills: strong Microsoft Office skills, quick understanding and willing to learn new software
Language skills: fluent in German and advanced level of knowledge in English - both written and spoken
Soft skills: team player with strong communication skills, ability to work independently and organize own workload, self-driven and highly motivated, willing to learn
Others: First project management and process management experience (e.g. internship) is a plus.
