Business Insight & Technology drives SAP’s continuous innovation journey by streamlining and rethinking internal processes and systems at SAP. BIT orchestrates the Run Simple program at SAP, which simplifies and renovates key business processes to match the company’s cloud and platform strategy.


The role of the BIT Communications Team is to define the strategic Run Simple messaging, and tell the stories that demonstrate how we deliver end-user focused IT, simplify processes end-to-end and act as a reference customer to a variety of audiences.



  • Creation of communication assets such as newsletter, blogs or interactive media

  • Support of COO/CIO communication activities including customer presentations and keynotes

  • Support the delivery of events incl. content creation

  • Setting up project groups on JAM, including all various content

  • Help to set design standards within the organization

  • Run team internal operations and drive internal standards


  • Student (f/m) at university or university of applied sciences with preferred field(s) of study: communications, visual design

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite

  • Language skills:Fluent in English and German - both written and spoken

  • Soft skills: Motivated, reliable, and flexible team player with excellent communication and interaction

  • Others: Experience with social media and visual design would be a great advantage
