PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Business Insight & Technology (BIT) drives SAP’s continuous innovation journey by streamlining and rethinking internal processes and systems at SAP. BIT orchestrates the Run Simple program at SAP, which simplifies and renovates key business processes to match the company’s cloud and platform strategy.
The IT Academy is the Corporate Learning Organization for the Business Insight & Technology area and is focusing on Enabling Our Talents to transform and innovate. Our target audience includes all BIT departments. The IT Academy’s mission is to support all employees in BIT in developing and managing their skills and thus their career development through effective and efficient learning and training offerings. Our portfolio will include standard training programs, virtual sessions, e-learning, knowledge management, learning infrastructure, and role based curricula. In addition, one of our key missions is to build an innovative mindset within our organization to support SAPs transformation to THE Cloud company.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Design and co-develop learning programs together with subject matter experts and IT Academy team members
Become an advisor on SAP’s learning management system (Success Map Learning) and provide consultancy and guidance to teams for managing learning content.
Administrate BIT content in SAP’s learning management system (Success Map Learning) and provide training execution and reporting support
Support the design and simplification of IT Academy internal processes
Advertise trainings internally through communication activities (e.g. Social media, Blogs, etc.)
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student (f/m) at university or university of applied sciences with preferred field(s) of study: business administration, human resource management, social sciences, information system
Computer skills: good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word; first experience with Learning Management Systems preferred; basic VBA programming and graphical skills are a plus
Language skills: fluent in German & English - both written and verbal
Soft skills: good communication and presentation skills
Other: demonstrate can-do and innovative attitude; strong inter-personal skills and team-player; flexible, structured, and self-organized; project management expertise are a plus
