The mission of GCO University within the Global Customer Operations is to help accelerate the success of customer- and partner-facing people within SAP. This is executed by top quality training and enablement programs, closely aligned to SAP strategy and business priorities, with the goal to impact revenue, profitability and employee engagement. The Specialized Learning organization within GCO University owns and drives training, enablement and competency development programs and activities for specific target audiences, such as Partner and Inside Sales, as well as virtual live classroom trainings. Key elements are definition, alignment and execution of a high-quality and high-impact enablement portfolio, jointly with global and regional stakeholders. This is an innovative organization that also serves as central point of contact for all aspects of training and enablement for the organization.


  • Support the design and execution of Virtual Live Classroom Trainings, which is one of the major training programs for sales people in SAP.

  • This includes coordination, creation of training material, quality assurance, training execution support, communication, reporting etc.


  • Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applies sciences

  • Preferred field(s) of study: Business sciences

  • Computer skills: Excellent Microsoft Office skills

  • Language skills: English fluently written and spoken

  • Soft skills: Teamplayer, Strong analytical and structured thinking, Planning and organization skills, high reliability and quality-orientation, ability to work in virtual teams.

  • Others: Experiences in sales, project management, training, competency development are a plus.
