Managing of Ultime and Premier Miles products by:

  • creating of Bank strategy through the analysis of market opportunities, product development planning, management of existing and implementing new products,

  • co-operation with other internal units, involved into credit card management process like Marketing, Risk, Distribution, Internet Acquisition, Operation and Technology, Legal, Tax, Compliance,

  • monitoring and evaluation of processes related to product for compliance with internal and external regulations and law acts

Key responsibilities:

Create and implement a comprehensive strategy for Premier Miles Ultime to achieve business plans set for the product, in particular:

  • strategy for acquiring new customers, taking into account the analysis of the target market, analysis of the competition, participate in defining and developing sales channels, determination and participation in the implementation of marketing support for sales channels

  • product development strategy to build a competitive advantage as well as the implementation of new products taking into account the Bank's strategy

  • ensure the profitability of individual products - control of the profit and loss account

  • strategy for the management of business relationships with external partners

Realization of product strategy by:

  • introduction of new features and added value to managed products

  • modification of existing products: ensuring competitiveness, innovation, profitability, developing loyalty programs attached to products, price parameters, processes and customer qualification criteria

Co - responsibility for sales, revenues and expenses associated the product, the realization of business objectives by:

  • management of product pricing policy

  • management of customer value proposals on credit card products

  • planning and contracting sales of existing and newly implemented products, with the owners of distribution channels

  • sales plans realization monitoring

Co - responsibility for product marketing communication, in particular, product positioning, campaign performance, quality promotional materials, control of the results achieved.

Responsibility for providing high quality customer service in sales and post sales processes (NPS).

Contributing to maintain a good credit quality of the portfolio, through co-operation with functional units responsible for credit risk management.

Responsibility for the development and implementation of the expense budget.

Guarantees the completeness and correctness of the documentation:

  • introduced and modified products in a particular credit card application, credit card agreement, notices, orders, other required documents

  • projects carried out in the framework of the product

Help to ensure good quality tools to support sales processes, verification and post-sales by:

  • the preparation or review of business requirements to the appropriate systems

  • reviewing of relevant procedures

  • advice and / or reviewing on the principles of compensation of employees related to the sale of credit card

Ensure compliance of products and associated processes with applicable laws, regulations, supervisory institutions by working with the Bank's internal units responsible for legal services, compliance oversight and internal control.
